59 Lentor Walk
In the renovated kitchen, an imported European cook set and handy sink is custom fit into gorgeous long large grain, high gloss laminated kitchen cabinets, which extend into the dining room behind. The doors and drawers of the cabinets are further fitted with German Blum soft close mechanisms for an added touch of luxury.
Cosy homeliness is characterised in the dining room with walnut railings and parquet. In contrast, polished large homogenous marble tiles line the living room, gleaming with the warm glow from the chandeliers and concealed warm spotlights nestled in the false ceilings.
Bathroom renovations saw the guest bath fitted with a functional full mirror cabinet, backlit top and bottom for excellent make-up lighting and a semi-open storage in vanity set to match. Matte, textured Italian slate flooring creates a natural, smooth, pleasing visual flow in the bathroom’s look, while the shower includes a built-in homogeneous marble shower ledge and bench set for sitting and placing of toiletries.
German Schucco aluminium designer doors and windows line the perimeter of the house for sound-proof, airtight closure. Upstairs, renovations have pushed these doors outwards to enlarge bedroom floor plans such that they extend into existing balconies. Jiang Construction also added timber trellises to the upstairs balconies for added shade, and creatively converted an existing planter box into a planter bench with Italian slate for added seating space during al fresco parties.
